Is a deposit required to book?Yes, in order to successfully book a bounce house, the customer must pay a non-refundable deposit of $50. Deposit due at booking.

It is raining/storming/snowing, do I get a refund?No, we do not offer refunds. However, if bad weather prevents the use of your bounce house rental, we will provide a credit in the full amount of your deposit and/or total to use at a future date.

Are there any restrictions while using the bounce houses?Yes. While children are on the bounce house, they MUST abide by the following rules: NO shoes, No food, NO sharp objects, NO jewelry, etc.

Do you provide generators?Yes, generators are available and included with rental if needed.

Do you perform the set-up and breakdown of the bounce house?Yes, we handle both the set-up and the breakdown of the bounce houses for you.
